Prep
Preparation is the first and most important step of the entire process. We use dustless grinders to prepare the surface to a clean white concrete
Broadcast Coat
We apply a high solids broadcast coat to the prepared surface. Fast curing systems are available for quick turn around.
Flake
Application
Vinyl color flakes are tossed into the wet mix until rejection. This process gives the floor a uniform finish
Top Coat
Polyaspartic topcoat is applied to seal the flakes and ready for car traffic in 24hrs.
